1 pint tomatoes, sliced
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
2 tsps balsamic vinegar
1 bunch fresh basil, chopped
Feta cheese to heart's content
Mix it up and stick it in the fridge.
(Okay, I'm sure SOMEONE SOMEWHERE has already made this recipe up, but I needed to use these tomatoes before they spoiled, so this is what I came up with...all on my own!)
